Notice is hereby given that the Village of Tannersville Zoning Board of appeals will be holding a meeting on Thursday, August 22, 2024 at 7:00AM in the Tannersville Village Hall located at 1 Park Lane, (5974 Main Street), Tannersville, NY 12485.  The purpose of said meeting is to review the initial application for an area variance at 38 Prospect Street, Tannersville, NY,  tax parcel number 181.12-5-3.  Application and project related documents are on file with the Village Clerk’s office.  Questions or comments can be sent to voffice@hvc.rr.com or tannersvillewater@gmail.com
