Notice is hereby given that the Village of Tannersville Zoning Board of appeals will be holding a meeting on Friday, February 2, 2024 at 7:30 am in the Tannersville Village Hall located at 1 Park Lane, Tannersville, NY 12485. The purpose of said meeting is to hear a variance request for 9 Spruce Street, Tax Map ID 182.09-1-23.11. All persons interested in this matter shall be heard at time and place specified. Project documents are on file with the Village Clerk for review. Written comments may be submitted to voffice@hvc.rr.com or mailed/delivered to Village of Tannersville, PO Box 967, 1 Park Lane, Tannersville, NY 12485.
