NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Village of Tannersville (the “Village”) will review sealed bids, which must be received by the Village Clerk on March, 13th, 2023 at 11 a.m. at The Village of Tannersville Village Clerk’s Office 1 Park Lane, PO Box 967, Tannersville, NY 12485, to sell surplus equipment in “as is-where is” condition, which is available for inspection by appointment.  Said bids will be opened at March 13, 2023 at 11 a.m. and will be discussed at the March 13, 2023  Village Board meeting. The terms of the sale shall be in cash (certified check or bank cashier’s check) on or before March 13, 2023.  Bids are to be submitted in an envelope plainly marked “Bid of Surplus Equipment” and specify the piece of equipment bidding on. It is the responsibility of any prospective bidder or purchaser to investigate and ascertain the condition of the items being sold prior to the date of bidding as the Village makes representations or warranties, expressed or implied, with respect to the suitability or fitness of these items for the purpose for which they may be utilized by the purchaser.
