Notice is hereby given that the Village of Tannersville Board of Trustees will be holding a public hearing on proposed Local Law #1 of 2023 – A Local Law of the Village of Tannersville, County of Greene, Providing Real Property Tax Exemptions for Volunteer Firefighters and Volunteer Ambulance Workers Pursuant to Section 446-a of the Real Property Tax Law. Such hearing will be held at 6 pm on Monday, August 14, 2023 in the Tannersville Village Hall, located at 1 Park Lane, Tannersville, NY 12485. Persons interested in commenting on the draft law shall be heard at time and place specified. Written comments shall be sent to voffice@hvc.rr.com or mailed/delivered to the Village of Tannersville, PO Box 967, 1 Park Lane, Tannersville, NY 12485.
