At approximately 4:45 on Monday, May 1, 2023 there was a fire near the intersection of Railroad Avenue and South Main Street. Crews utilized the hydrants on the water system to put out the fire, causing some disturbance and discoloration.
Water customers are urged to contact tannersvillewater@gmail.com or call 518-589-5850 ext. 1 to report any water discoloration. In the event discoloration occurs, we advise running the cold water tap for a few minutes until the water is clear. Please refrain from washing laundry items until your water runs clear.
Hydrants will be flushed as needed.
