Notice is hereby given that the Village of Tannersville Village Board will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, October 20th, 2022 at 5:00p.m. in the Tannersville Village Hall, located at 5974 Main Street/1 Park Lane, Tannersville, NY 12485. Said hearing shall on the application of RUPCO, Inc. to rezone property located at 55 Spruce Street, (tax map #182.09-1-18) to a Planned Development District (“PDD”) and site plan review to construct a mixed-use development on the property consisting of one senior housing apartment building, one multifamily apartment housing building, a community building with leasing offices and superintendent dwelling unit, surface parking lots, and green space and resident amenities. The project includes the demolition of an existing vacant hotel, apartment building and associated outbuildings that are located on the site. All interested persons are encouraged to attend the public hearing and submit comments to the Village Board. A copy of the application and related materials are available at the Village Clerk’s office for public inspection or may be emailed upon request.
