Notice is hereby given that the Village of Tannersville will be holding a planning session on Thursday, July 10th 2025 at 5:30 PM in the Tannersville Village Hall.

Notice is hereby given that the Village of Tannersville will be holding a public hearing on Thursday, July 10th, 2025 at 5:30 PM in the Tannersville Village Hall located at 1 Park Lane (5974 Main Street), Tannersville, NY 12485.   The purpose of said hearing is to hear comments on the site plan review application for the following lot:  166.17-3-15 (20 Park Lane), 166.17-3-16 (5964 Main Street), and 166.17-3-17 (5958 Main Street).   In person comments shall be heard at time and place specified.  Written comments may be submitted by 9:00 AM on Thursday, July 10, 2025 to Village of Tannersville, PO Box 967, 1 Park Lane, Tannersville, NY 12485 or via email to voffice@hvc.rr.com or tannersvilleplanning@gmail.com.  Project documents are on file at the Village Clerk’s Office.
