Notice is hereby given that the Village of Tannersville Board of Trustees will be holding a public hearing on Monday, April 14th, 2025 at 6 00 PM in the Tannersville Village Hall located at 1 park Lane (5974 Main Street), Tannersville, NY 12485. The purpose of said hearing is to hear comments on a proposed local law to override the tax cap for the 2025- 2026 fiscal year. All persons interested in this matter shall be heard at time and place specified. Written comments may be submitted by 9 00 AM on Monday, April 14, 2025 in writing to Village of Tannersville, PO Box 967, 1 Park Lane, Tannersville, NY 12485 or via email to voffice@hvc.rr.com or tannersvillewater@gmail.com.
