Notice is hereby given that the Village of Tannersville will be holding a planning session on Thursday, December 4th, 2025 in the Tannersville Village Hall located at 1 Park Lane (5974 Main Street, Tannersville, NY 12485
Notice is hereby further given that the Village of Tannersville will be holding public hearings for minor subdivisions on parcels 181.07-1-2 and 165.20-1-1, and 181.08-1-9 and 181.08-1-8 on Thursday, December 4th, 2025 at 5:30 PM in the Tannersville Village Hall. Notice is hereby further given that the Village of Tannersville will be holding a public hearing for site plan review for 9 Spruce Street parcel 182.09-1-23.11 in the Tannersville Village Hall. All hearings shall take place at 1 Park Lane (5974 Main Street, Tannersville, NY 12485. All interested persons shall be heard at time and place specified. Project documents are on file with the Village Clerk’s Office. Written comments may be submitted via email to voffice@hvc.rr.com or tannersvilleplanning@gmail.com by 9am on December 4th, 2025.
