NOTICE VILLAGE OF TANNERSVILLE WATER CUSTOMERS
We will be flushing the hydrants in accordance with Department of Health requirements on:
Monday, August 11, 2025 to
Friday, August 15, 2025
FLUSHING WILL START AT 7:00 A.M.
PLEASE BE AWARE THAT YOUR WATER MAY BE DISCOLORED FOR A WHILE AND NOT SUITABLE FOR LAUNDRY.
Some discoloration of water may occur during this process. In the event discoloration occurs, we advise running the cold water tap for a few minutes until the water is clear. The discoloration will clear up as we move out of your area. Please refrain from washing clothes until your water runs clear.
This operation allows an opportunity to check the function of all the Village’s fire hydrants and is necessary to flush out the water mains in order to provide the best quality water year-round to our residents.
