Notice is hereby given that the Village of Tannersville will be holding a public hearing on Thursday, March 13, 2025 at 5:30 PM in the Tannersville Village Hall located at 1 Park Lane (5974 Main Street), Tannersville, NY 12485. The purpose of said meeting is to hear public comments regarding Proposed Local Law #1 of 2025 – Sewer Use Law (Revised).

All persons interested in this matter shall be heard at time and place specified. Written comments may be submitted by 9:00 AM on Thursday, March 13, 2025 in writing to Village of Tannersville, PO Box 967, 1 Park Lane, Tannersville, NY 12485 or via email to voffice@hvc.rr.com or tannersvillewater@gmail.com.
