Please take notice that the Village of Tannersville Village Board of Trustees has adopted a final Plan of Dissolution and called for a referendum on the issue of dissolution of the Village of Tannersville. The referendum will be open to registered voters of the Village of Tannersville and will be held on January 14, 2025 at the Tannersville Village Hall, located at 1 Park Lane (5974 Main Street), Tannersville, NY 12485 and the polls will be open from 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. The proposition on dissolution shall read as follows on the official ballot:
“Shall the Village of Tannersville be dissolved? Yes ____ or No ____”
