Please note these comments will be part of the public record. Comments will be received until 9:00 AM on Thursday, February 5th, 2026. Members of the public will also be able to be heard at the continued public hearing on Thursday, February 5th, 2026 at 5:30 PM in the Tannersville Village Hall located at 1 Park Lane, Tannersville, NY 12485.
